Persian Culture
"Rubaiyat" and "The Manner of Kings" has taught me many things about what Persians believe, how they lived, and how they acted. Persians were monotheistic, meaning they believed in just one god, Allah. In these writing it shows how the Persians were greatful to Allah. Persians were very spiritual and prayed often to their god. In the "Manners of Kings" it shows that the Persians treated others with respect. They believed in treating others the way you would want to be treated yourself. In "Rubaiyat" it showed that Persians realized that life could end at any time, being young or old. It shows that you should live your life to the highest potential, because you never know when life could come to an end for you. This is showed by "The leaves of life keep falling one by one."
